Katie Gustafson, Beverly Rogers, Cindi Barrett & Earl Burns
Renee Rizzo, President/CEO
Renee was born in a little New England town in CT but spent 8 years growing up in northern California before returning to CT . Before moving to Nashville, she spent 10 years in corporate america doing everything from Finance to Marketing to Program Development before going into full time church ministry. During her career she also coached for over 10 years, loved helping out with VBS and being a member of her church drama team.
Arriving at Hope Clinic just over six years ago, Renee focused on streamlining processes, development long range strategic plans, measurable outcomes and ensuring Hope Clinic was providing excellent service with an appreciation for strong stewardship of resources. In 2008 she was named one of Nashville Business Journal's Women of Influence and is excited by the growth of recognition of Hope Clinic in the community. In her time, we have experienced over a 30% growth in services and clients and looks forward to future ways God will direct this ministry.

Beverly Rogers, Business Development and Events (Golf Tournament & Fun for Life)
Beverly joined Hope Clinic for Women at the beginning of April 2010 as Director of Community Relations. She is charged with strengthening and building business relationships both with donors and the medical community to raise awareness of the services available at HCFW, as well as the needs we have.

Lily Smith, Volunteer and Events (Hope for the Future & Cider Carols)
Lily joined Hope Clinic in June of 2008. She manages two of the clinic's fundraising events, Cider Carols & Silent Auction and Hope for the Future, and she also manages the 1000 volunteers who are affiliated with the clinic. In 2010, Lily will be overseeing the launch of a brand new web store where gift items will be available for purchase.

Desiree O'Neill, Business, Donor Relations and Grants
Desiree has over 12 years experience working in nonprofits. She handles all foundation and grant requests, manages the properties/IT and oversees our donor database. Arriving in 2003, she has been a part of the Hope Clinic Advancement staff for nearly seven years.

Kristi Marshall, Ed.D Clinical Director and Counselor
Kristi is a National Certified Counselor and holds her temporary license in Tennessee as a LPC-MHSP. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University. Kristi also received 10 hrs of post-graduate training in treating postpartum mood disorders. She oversees client programs in addition to counseling women dealing with pregnancy loss or postpartum depression.

Earl Burns, Male/Parent Coordinator
A male/parent services volunteer since April of 2007, Earl joined the staff at Hope Clinic in 2010 to further develop the male volunteer program and our outreach to the male/parent clients at Hope Clinic. He will be developing our relationships with local agencies, working in prevention and promoting our counseling/mentoring services to men. Earl has been married since 2002, has two children, is a business owner, a former youth-pastor, and has a strong heart to mentor and teach other men how to conquer their inadequacies.

Nicole Denny, Pregnancy Services
Arriving over 9 years ago, Nicole has worked directly with our pregnant clients and volunteers the entire time and has a great heart for each and every client.

Cheri Seefeldt, FNP-C Medical Services
Joins us in 2008 as our newest Nurse Practitioner and medical director. She is working to create collaboration within the community in order to reach more clients and provide better care.

Ashley Colclasure, M. Ed. Wendy's Place House Manager
Ashley came to Hope Clinic as a Masters level intern in the Fall of 2008 while in school at Vanderbilt University. She is a National Certified Counselor with a Master’s degree in Human Development Counseling. Ashley manages the Maternity Home, counsels individuals, and leads therapeutic groups at Hope Clinic.

Cindi Barrett, M.A.
Cindi works as Pregnancy Services Assistant at the front desk, Professional Counselor, and Hope South Coordinator. She has also worked as a nurse for the past eight years both in the Intensive Care Unit and now, in the Recovery Room. In 2009, she received her masters in counseling at Trevecca and completed her internship requirement at the clinic. She was drawn to HCFW because of the opportunities to serve women physically, emotionally, and spiritually. cbarrett@hopeclinicforwomen.org
Katie Gustafson, M.A.
Katie works as Church Coordinator and Marketing Assistant for Hope Clinic. She worked at Hope as a counseling intern for a year while finishing up her Master’s in Counseling at Trevecca. Originally from Mobile, AL, Katie has lived in Nashville for 13 years. She also writes and records worship music and has been able to lead worship at churches and youth camps over the years.
