New! CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES – A great class at a great price!

February 23rd - 9:00am to 5:00 pm (lunch provided) Taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator. Will cover all aspects of Labor & Delivery, Natural Childbirth, C-Sections, Epidurals, Post-partum, Infant Care, and Breastfeeding. Bring 2 pillows and wear comfortable clothing Snacks, drinks and Saturday lunch provided. Cost $55 per couple.  Scholarships available for clients of Hope Clinic for Women.  Class limited to 6 couples, so register early.  To register calling 321-0005.

One session class: The Lowdown on Love and Relationships

We provide straight talk about love, abstinence, sex, and relationships. One question you may be asking: How do I know when I’m really in love?

After Regrets, Bad Break-ups & Poor Choices – This is a small group discussion that focuses on identifying and developing healthy relationships for youths and young adults.

We start with:

Know how to use the 3 B’s: 1) Boundaries 2) Balance and 3) Boldness

And we help you understanding the four major areas of compatibility:

1) Physical, 2) Emotional, 3) Intellectual and 4) Spiritual
