"You have more choices than you think."  Really?...  What if you've already made a choice?...  What if that choice was to have an abortion? Do you just have to live with the consequences? What might some of those consequences be? Feelings of  regret...sadness...depression? Maybe increased use of drugs or alcohol...eating disorders? Is your abortion a guarded secret?  Maybe you can talk about the issue of abortion, but not your abortion. Have your relationships changed, especially with those of the opposite gender? Did you feel that abortion was your only choice?

If these are some of the questions or issues that you live with, you might want to consider looking into a post-abortion recovery group.

Hope Clinic for Women is a safe place to be honest about your experience and the impact it has had on your life. We offer a confidential, non-judgmental environment, with counseling on an individual basis or in a group setting.
