Becky Wynne was born in Hawaii, the daughter of a military family, but has lived in Tennessee since she was a teenager. Becky has spent much of her professional career in event management, marketing and development. As the Events Director for the Lupus Foundation of America Mid South Chapter, Becky managed six ‘Walks to End Lupus Now’ each year in Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky, as well as overseeing several other smaller events for the organization. In her role as Administrative Director with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Becky was instrumental in taking the Race for the Cure from a $250,000 annual event to over a million dollars in one year. She also initiated and championed the breast cancer license plate for Tennessee which opened up another stream of income for that organization. Becky’s other passion is animal advocacy: her two dogs and three cats are all rescues. Becky believes strongly that when you give of yourself, you’ll be rewarded, sometimes in unexpected ways. She enjoys teaching those important life lessons to her 2 grandchildren. She is excited to be joining the staff at Hope Clinic for Women so she can continue in her dedication of giving back to her community.
