Kailey has served women facing an unplanned pregnancy and with women’s clinics since she was 16 years old. Throughout her childhood she moved from Colorado to Illinois to Arizona where she started volunteering at her first pregnancy clinic. God’s vision for her career started that year and she knew this is where His calling met her passion. She attended Pepperdine University, studying Business Administration and Nonprofit Management while staying involved with the local clinic in Los Angeles. After a few years working in private equity and software consulting she returned her focus to nonprofits. She has been in Nashville since 2018 and served as Development Director at Hope Clinic for nearly three years before she took the helm in October 2021 after serving under previous CEO, Renee Rizzo. She is an amateur tea connoisseur, yoga enthusiast, and avid business book reader. Her and her husband, Jordan, reside in Nolensville, TN and attend Midtown Fellowship at Granny White where they both serve as Hosts.

Her favorite things about Hope Clinic includes our focus on serving the woman first, being pro-life from womb-to-tomb, and developing our champions (our donors) to fulfil their call through serving with our ministry.
