Mallori has been at Hope Clinic since August 2014, first as the Client Program Coordinator and now as the Pregnancy Services Manager. She oversees pregnancy services including options counseling, the Bridge program, client services volunteers, and the Spanish client services program. She received a master's degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania and her undergraduate degree in child and family development from the University of Georgia. She previously worked as an in-home family based mental health therapist, in-home bilingual family development specialist, and adoption social worker.

Mallori served a full-time mission for a year and a half working with the Hispanic population in the Washington D.C. area, which is where she learned Spanish. She and her husband recently moved to the Nashville area, and in her spare time she enjoys reading, photography, and learning to crochet.
