President & CEO
Renée Rizzo had been the President/CEO since January 2004. She came to Hope Clinic for Women with experience in corporate healthcare, leading a youth athletic program, and full-time church ministry. Her experience covers Financial Management, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Communications, Program Development, Volunteer Management, and Operations. She has a BS in Finance and Economics from Lehigh University.
In her time at Hope Clinic, she spearheaded the implementation of our undergraduate and graduate intern program with area universities, created the Pregnancy Bridge Program, added staff to build out the medical and counseling program. She has helped pay off all debt, created cash savings and an Endowment fund. In their time clients served has grown 350% and budget has grown 150%. She continues to keep client related expenses over 80%. She was named Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence in 2008 and was a finalist at the 2016 Center for Non-Profit Management Salute to Excellence event for Bank of America’s CEO of the Year Award.
