Dear You,

Well, another fiscal year came and passed. Can you believe it’s been that long? Even though it feels like summer has taken up permanent residence here in Nashville, the calendar pages haven’t stopped flipping and the clients haven’t stopped coming. So often we slip from one season into the next, sliding down the slope of time without pausing at the overlooks to notice each beautiful season. Or the beautiful people next to us.

You’re one of those beautiful people. It’s incredible how God arranged to bring us together at exactly the right moment so that you could be a part of our story and we could be a part of yours. Your generosity and care for our clients have shown from our first meeting; you see the heart of what we do, what we love, and say, “I want to get involved.” How could we not want to partner with you? How could we not celebrate who you are and how lucky we are to have you?

Even though it’s a little cheesy, we wanted to write you a letter – actually, not just any letter: a love letter. The type of letter you get in a 4×6 envelope, your name written on the front in uneven handwriting, on a day you’re only expecting the water bill and some of those $10-off-two-large-pizzas coupons. The type of letter that you open before you even take off your jacket off when you walk inside. The type of letter that brings a smile to your face and reminds you why we pay $6 for Hallmark cards.

Put simply, we love you. Your kindness, your support, your willingness to give so others can be served, and your acceptance of our desire to be an active part of your life are just a few reasons why we love you.
